It was just an example of something you could try. Actually even 2 in "real" stereo can sound a lot better than just a single Ableton Reverb. The 4 reverb thing would be to try something like a short reverb for early reflections and one long one for the tail in a stereo configuration; it's more of a concept than something I've actually done.
All I'm really trying to say is that there are ways to make what you have work better for you and that you don't always necessarily need something else to get good results, but I know you understand that

And my point is: if you just ever buy one plug-in for working in Live, make it a reverb.
