OS X Live assertion failed libxpc.dylib Flooding breach
Re: OS X Live assertion failed libxpc.dylib Flooding breach
I have the same problem. Had Melodyne, removed Melodyne, still have problem. Live generates something like 500GB of error messages per hour. Not OK. Anyone else have this issue?

Have you attempted at deleting preferences, rescanning VSTs and such things? With that many error messages I'd reinstall Live and all plug-ins from start. There are few or no short cuts to a stable machine.
To make a series of system compressed disk images to fall back on in these situations can be a very good idea as reinstating from an image that is known good is typically much faster.
Make some music!

sage advice.
Re: OS X Live assertion failed libxpc.dylib Flooding breach
I contacted Ceremony and their support was able to reproduce the error and find a temporary work-around:
Simply remove the file "MelodyneRewireDevice.bundle" (and possibly also the ReWire.bundle) found at the following path:
MacintoshHD -> Library -> Application Support -> Propellerhead Software -> ReWire
/J
