Hi,
Just to add kindly yet resolutely one MORE vote to the list for such a basic feature since... mid 90's !
Now that Live7 can do all those fancy things like Instrument Rack & the fabulous Drum Rack, it's mandatory !!
Come on Ableton, we know now that you can do all those kind of programming stuff *rather* well !!!
(Propellerhead did a nice job in the (re)Groove department, btw...)
Yes, Live7 rocks as is... but with Groove Quantize & some Humanize features (+ a few little more things like the ability to consolidate several audio clips directly in Session View, nudging audio clips with computer keyboard in Arrange view...), it would be absolutely a kick-ass DAW... Wadayathink ?!
Anyway, thanks a billion times in advance to listen to us... poor loyal customers

I just came back to Live (actually making music in general) after a big hiatus. Man I went to tweak one of my tracks and no groove quantize? Sheesh...

Live 7 has a midi effect called 'Velocity'.
I can see something similar applied to a clip but insted of affecting velocities, it would affect timing with a parameter which would allow choosing which note values are affected.

are there any plugins for groove quantizing ?
i´d also like to have a groove quantize function in live. lives built in global swing function isnt that good.
