Everyone groks things differently

I envy the people who start fiddling with Beat Repeat and in 10 minutes they totally understand it. I ain't one of them. But I watched the Henke video twice, once to marvel and then to understand and now I get it much better.
But yes, that loop he used does get a little maddening after 10 minutes or less!
Embarassingly, I couldn't even figure out how to move a clip from session to arrangement view, back when I first got Live! (version 2); I had to post the question here!
My girlfriend gave me a fake key to stick on my computer (alpha) keyboard that had the legend "duh" engraved on it...helps keep me humble.
