whole albums is tough! with me everything gets archived and only the strong tracks survive. EG : From Peace Orchestra Reset only the Chateau Flight remix of 'who am I' and a couple of others get a play - but it's worth the cash for those few.

But I can say with confidence that Bjork's Vespertine will definitely be on the list. Vespertine will probably be on my top 5 of all time, but it's going to take me another 50 years to compile that list.

Everytime I listen to Vespertine I'm astounded. The level and depth of the beauty is sooooooooo immense....

How so (just curious)? I'd say it's not as creative as the previous two, but still I really like about half of it.

they all tend to dislike Radiohead in general due to some kind of techno snobbery, they perceive Radiohead as a posh-boy student 'alternative' band who bought a load of Aphex twin records.
Their tastes tend to the traditional DJ fare, from trance through trip-hop to ambient. So there you go. rediculous but it amuses me to slip radiohead tunes onto them when they least expect it.

hail to the thief I prefer over the previous two (though they are good) because I prefer 'tunes' over 'glitch', the other two covered ground that was already pretty well covered by other people in my opinion.

Ok I could practically list every song on both albums. Kid A took some real listening before it clicked. When it clicked, I realised it was a masterpiece. There are only a handful of albums I am willing to say that about, and Kid A is one of them.

P.S. your friends should get with the program! Get them hella stoned and get them to listen to Kid A or Amnesiac while they're lying in bed, then ask them if they like it.
