one thing that I forgot to mention is how cool is to be able to run more stuff on my MacBook that I can on my PowerPC G4 (single processor).
I don't know if you run any apps that would show you the system performance, but in Logic you can see (2) processors throwin' down..... and I gotta tell ya that it makes a whole world of difference with my MacBook!
Take care!

BTW - I need to hook up my CineDisplay to let y'all know how it looks! I forgot it came with an adapter!

How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop?

yup - it does mirror.

the dvi adapter situation is a pain in the ass. I already had a vga to dvi adapter, then I got a mini dvi to dvi adapter and then it turned out the vga to dvi adapter [apple] was a different version of dvi. its a mess. Now I have to look out for a dvi cable and forget about my vga cable. Im just glad my monitor has both vga and dvi connections.

One gripe about using the macbook with an external screen is that the power button is under the lid. I wish there was a power button outside so I could power it on quickly and easily, and leave it closed. No biggy tho. Its a kool machine.
