ok, i have 2 questions for those who are already busy on it:

- did you find what is the element name for the rectangle that allows you to navigate through devices at the right-hand side bottom of the screen?

- do the Macro/Chain/Devices buttons in racks appear when they are off? here they don't.

I'm not sure why you want the name - just click on it in the picture

i'm talking about the rectangle inside the "global devices display box", the rectangle that allows you to scroll through devices.
it doesn't appear on the picture....

congrats on this,
me and a few other forum regulars talked about doing this a while back but stopped due to the legal issues mentioned in the original thread.

I would say it probably needs an update to the 'preview' screen so users can see elements such as the midi map button, or more importantly - the Session interface where most of these items show up better (fader colours, multi-clip colours, etc)

Anyway ,I guess you'll be updating it at some point , well done!
:D

this is fantastic, thanks. one question; sorry if it's obvious and i missed it. where does live look for the .ask files? where should i save them? (on OSX)

In the contents of Live's app.

Locate live in finder and right-click to "show package contents".

Then browse to /contents/app-resources/skins

You can drop the .ask files in that folder

Cudos to Matt @ sonictransfer for this awesome app.

Too bad as I won't be using it, as I don't think I could improve much on the Subtle-Light skin.
