Yeah. I have owned a Saffire and I think they are awesome! I also sell them, and we don't have them coming back either. Everybody loves them. The preamps and converters are awesome, the eq and compression are good, the reverb is for monitoring purposes only. IMHO the only criticism is the amp modelling. The should have just left that one out. But there's no law that says you have to use the FX either.
