Disagreed about audio editing. With some help (ie AutoHotKey scripts) I have never needed an external audio editor with Live. I mean you're right that it doesn't showboat a bunch of features, but then again, it doesn't need them. A bit of creativity, and you can get it all done with Live. My two cents

Very true. Although I don't personally have use for the scenes/looping features, I very much like Live as a solid and easy to use audio/midi sequencer. It doesn't have the editing power of Pro Tools LE (which is actually less expensive), but it is much more user friendly.nebulae wrote:Agreed - it was a *laf* into the future.
