No it doesnt.......

aactually, ironically i think in this instance he was actually right, there was a definite hint of pathos in the sad acceptance that having himself quoted here in this thread, purely for the purposes of proving him to be an exceptional twat in a different thread means that, beloved to his policy on registration he has been 'accountable' for other posts by being registered.

So in this sense he was absolutely right, it was a case in point, but neglecting the fact that who gives a rats arse, it's a bloody internet forum.

At one point i was all for a registered only forum, but apart from realising that its just a bloody forum and to care about it that much means I'm spending too much time here and not on my music, and secondly because it can be shitloads of fun posting as guest.

Well, that's the thing. How does having the choice of any combination of ASCII letters/numerals with, maybe, a statement of where you live which could be a complete load of old tosh make anyone moe "accountable" than someone who hasn't signed in?

You can refer to a "nickname" or whatever but the person could be writing the same crap as someone not using one and all under the aegis of some group of letters that could be anyone!

I mean, I don't know how it works where most of you are but if someone wants to come around where I live and be truly accountable by calling someone a knob polisher in a bar then I'd give it some credence. I may even give them a lift to the hospital!!

Someone thinking they have some moral high-ground because they are somehow "accountable" is one thing, showing some responsibility for you actions quite a different matter. And that can be judged solely by our actions regardless of what name/psuedenym we choose to use.

Still, it's all good fun. :D

None of you (you know who you are) showed up to help a fellow Windows user until well after you were done trashing me for pointing out the obvious.

So, yes, it proved my point, really.

Cheers,
Alex

Good luck to you. It's pretty clear what you're about.

This forum would be a much better place without you Reynolds. The heat seems to be constantly chasing you or maybe it's the other way around.

someone needs to start a "get ALex Reynolds laid" fund and have a website where Live forum users can donate a dollar to the cause. I bet he'd be stoinkiling a fifty dolla ho by tonight, or maybe a two dolla ho on a fifty dolla night! Then these forums could finally be at peace.

More of the same bullshit. Don't you guys have a life?

Seriously though, with all the problems running Live on Windows, I thought you guys would help each other out. Guess not.

actually, most of us windows users have zero problems whatsoever with running Live, though you'll never hear that or believe it, you'll just repost the same old tired threads you've dug up. But thats cool, we're perfectly happy with our smooth running Live and better performance, the extra power and performance from running a pc with Live gives us a bit of spare time to come here and laugh at your silliness, and participate in the downward spirals of flame wars that you instigate and egg on ..

Yeah, I'm an instigator alright...

I have a nasty habit of quoting people, so keep that in mind.
