It's not as hard as some make it out to be. All you need to do is pay attention to what you are doing, and everything just falls into place. In fact, i'd compare it to music production...cant let things sit too long, they go bad/stale...you have to be original...you have to prep your food much like you prepare you samples, in the sense that poor preparation makes for some disorganized and half-assed cooking...the list goes on.Johnisfaster wrote:I used to want to be a chef.
