At the drop of a hat, you'll make a post about "tarnce" or "Red Bull makes you a better DJ", or piles of other useless crap, but when this guy makes a post about something non-music related, out come the flames.
It's because you have no clue what it is to live. All your life mommy and daddy has spoon fed you and you've been handed everything.
Ya know what? Even if you don't agree with this guys' personal philosophy, and even though you may not agree politically, you can still at the very least, gain some insight into opposing views.
shame on you.
and I still for the life of me can't figure out what everyone is on about "Tarnce" for - I thought it was "trance" spelled incorrectly but now you've solidified it's a real word with no real meaning
tarnce - Hoffman came up with that one

@ djadonis206:
Didn't mean to single you out bro., so I apologize. I was just trying to make a point to the poster who was all bent out of shape that this was an OT thread. You can make as many Red Bull posts or anything OT as you want!
I'll probably even contribute instead of flame like the other guy did.

Steroids have gotta be better than whatever you seem to take to make you so bitter, grouchy, antagonistic, and miserable.b0unce wrote:do you use steroids ?
If you don't like the thread, don't f*cking read it! And why are you even bothering to post in a thread that you're not interested in? Classic attention-seeking troll behavior. Get out more!
At least have the balls and security to keep your contrary nastiness to yourself, unless you actually have something valid to post that someone may be remotely interested in. Then we're all ears...

Hey Marcus I don't fully agree with the Canadian troops being in Afghanistan but I do wish you the best of luck and beware of those roadside bombs that the CBC keep reporting about... Hopefully you can tell me your Journey There story when we hook up again...

Why the sudden interest in keeping shite to a minimum? Promise to limit all your own shite to a single thread?b0unce wrote:if you're gonna post this garbage @ the ableton forum, do you mind keeping it in one thread ? the Mbreqs/afghaniblog thread or something. the thread title implies there'll be more of these bullshit updates to come....so in the interest of keeping shite to a minimum please consider keeping it contained in one thread.
thanks.

As you can tell I've lost it and probably crossed that imaginary line of insanity but I digress
welcome to the forums (forty some odd posts later)

I'm personally not a supporter of the Afganistan occupation, the complex reasons of it all are always sure to fuel fire in anyone with half a brain and whether the subject belongs on a music forum or not is open to heated debate. I have to admit though that a regular forum poster taking his midi gear out there and posting on this forum is definitely one of the most interesting things I've seen on here in a quite a while. How can it not be interesting from either viewpoint?
BTW the term "Tarnce" came from a typo on KVR a few years ago. "Shit" I call it, but that's just an opinion of course.

IMO it's the responsibility of the US to do something about the mess left there after the US and Soviet Union used the country and its people as a battle ground. I disagree with how things have unfolded and the lack of troop support Bush is showing is criminal but IMO the US has an obligation to help that country out, the Soviets aren't in a position to do much about it. Forget Iraq (too late for that), help Afghanistan.Martyn wrote:I'm personally not a supporter of the Afganistan occupation, the complex reasons of it all are always sure to fuel fire in anyone with half a brain and whether the subject belongs on a music forum or not is open to heated debate.
tarnce - I love making fun of trance because the term in general is very vague and can spread to soooo many other genres. some of the worst electronica is trance, like epic trance, but IMO it's a very generic term.
when will Live 7 be released?
christianity is stupid.
warping always fucks up audio even at the original bpm.
9/11 was not an inside job.
