and ya know...i shouldn't have to explain why that's lame. but i guess i still have to because some people are fuckin thick.
Shiva, I hear you and agree completely. At least you tried to point it out, which is sometimes the only thing you can do, even though you know you're not going to be heard. I'm surprised, though, that nobody assaulted you for asserting your politics, which is what usually happens on these boards. Your politics are not lost on me.djshiva wrote:

i dunno why i bother sometimes, cuz it's predictable the responses i will get. really. i could have outlined the responses in a spreadsheet before i even posted.

"she became the only person to have ever been married at NAMM"There's a good interview here, in which she reveals that she is not a man, she is not Bob Moog's girlfriend, and she is 'not rich'.
Cikira is really Amanda Pehlke, a former professional bellydancer. In 2001, she became the only person to have ever been married at NAMM, where she was given away at the altar by Bob Moog (she's since divorced). Here are the wedding photos.
I am occasionally alerted to some horrifying legends and speculations about myself on forums all over the world
No, I'm not a man! (Believe it or not, I've seen that one several places -- it's a silly reflection on humanity, in several ways.)
