Yup same problem from time to time, on both my imac and macbook pro, both core2duo 2.16ghz and both w/ 3gb ram. ah well I read both sites, and we'll see what happens..
MacBook Pro M3 Max, Scarlett 4i4 4th Gen, Ableton Move, LaunchPad Pro MK3, Behringer Edge, TecWav noise synth, Crank Sturgeon Plug Ugly contact mic, and oodles of effects pedals.

:cry: I just did the test and got the "core overload" message. Oh my god...I'm a mere mortal like all of you... :wink:
