Nope. No phasing because the signal is actually delayed a few (>30) ms. Phasing would occur only if you doubled the signal.

Instead of guessing or imagining the results, I challenge you to actually TRY it.
If you were to double the signal, the DBs would increase by 3 (or 6, i'm not sure) of actual volume. The positive part of the waveform must overlap with the negative part of the second waveform in order to phase
