So that makes me a 'cunt' does it, TITBAG? I've used M-A gear for a considerable time and not had one jot of it fail on me.

Hows about this; shut the fuck up, or get the fuck out. I don't like being called a cunt at any point, let alone because of my choice of equipment. Some of us have to live & work within our means, and if that means spending £50 on a 'budget' controller, then so be it.

Pack up, son. Pack up.

hey man you need a dollar...
anyone called logic_user in an ableton live forum
and who uses M-audio gears'
is a kind of a cunt.... (no pun intended)
try other hw ...
you will never want maudio gear again... it's not just hype...seriously..
the knobs will die on you...
and so will the PB...
gradually you'll find out that you're getting more stuck notes....
or you may come home... to see that the controller won't turn on...
.... you will be surprised how cheap parts can just stop working...

unless you're in the bizness of getting shafted I suggest you choose a better built controller...
CME , NOVATION, KORG, DOEPFER....
to point you in the right direction...

50 quid can be spent in better ways...

Hi guys

I have the M-Audio Axiom 61 keyboard....Its pretty nice, although i thought about trading her in for the new Akai MPK49...Upon reading the fedback online in general, and all the shitty problems it has with drivers etc....i think ill stick with my Axiom...

Heck, it works..and when something doesnt work you lose all creativity in the studio....

By the way, nice to meet u all,

As it happens, £50 can't be spent in better ways (unless it is combined with other monetary values) when you're looking at a 25-key MIDI controller with some knobs on it. I've used M-Audio / MIDIMan gear for years and have never had any problems.

To be honest, chap, I didn't want anything all-singing/all-dancing; just wanted something to control Live with in a live situation. If I'da wanted to fork out the munehz for a decent controller, I'd have bought the 3X or Zero SL.

And as for my choice of user-name for the forum...well, it's been my U/N since the dawn of the internet.
