The tune isn't so awful, in a kind of early-90's-Italian-piano-house kind of way - you could pretend it is ironic - but she clearly couldn't carry a tune in a bucket.

She looks like a cross between your mate's embarrassing mum at the karaoke and a man in a wig.

Mate, you clearly haven't had sex in a very long time. May I suggest urgent masturbation before you do something rash and end up on the Sex Offender's Register?
to be honest, if you were in australia it would be very ironic... this song was famous when i was not even a teenager (1991) and she was the business .. i kept the 90's house keys there for a reason :D its piss funny !

I take it she's a has-been ex-soap star or something?

You should maybe suggest she tries singing through her mouth next time and keep her nose for breathing and cocaine.

I remember that bird/track and can certainly see the humour in it, I would have been about 14 at the time, ok it's not a good song, and she's a bit past it now but still, you got on tv with your beats so it nice.
I always thought you were from UK and moved to OZ for some reason?

hee hee!

Anyways, as a few have said...the vocalist was atrocious, like reaaaaal fucking bad man. Pretty much anyone posting big-ups in this thread is chock-a-block full of raw sewage if they don't comment on that. I've listened to your stuff before and it was all grand, but this is literally the worst thing I've ever heard with your name on it....
not the kind of exposure I'd be looking for if I were in your boots...

just my honest take on this vid

Great publicity!
Great that you got to nationally air some of your stuff!
Great that you gave Ableton props with the t-shirt!
AND...you guys are all too picky. I'd do her despite the fact that she was flat through most of the performance.

And I agree, the hosts of that show are freakin' retards. The barely glanced at you while she was repeatedly giving you the spotlight. What wankers.
Before speaking, learn telling. And to tear magic from science is very dumb pupil-like.

Now this is the kind of thing I've been hoping to see around here. Someone who has been busting their ass with this program and making shit happen. Yeah, it's not the greatest vocal or tune in the world - but as she said in the video - Sweej took a dead song and made it new again.

Cheers man! Who's up next?????

p.s. MUST HAVE MOOG.
