*IS* the man - check out the movie "American Gangster", if you haven't. He did a lot of the soundtrack. Also, The RZA as an undercover cop posing as the junkie "Boogaloo" is a sight for sore eyes!

The link you provided lists four of his songs on the soundtrack. Five if you count Can't Truss It:

More than one third of the soundtrack is in the neighborhood of "a lot".

Fair enough.

I watched a video of Shocklee at the Red Bull thing ages ago. Not sure if it's the same thing as the podcast you mentioned. Pretty entertaining.

When I've seen/heard him speak, he's managed a pretty good balance of self-confidence bordering on arrogance (justified, of course) with a desire to hype others into feeling that way about themselves and their own creations.

The Art Of Noise were brilliant and I don't care what anyone says. Horn was a pioneer of sampling and digital recording, even on mainstream projects such as Yes and ABC's Lexicon Of Love, he got into The Fairlight and PPG Wave computer very early. The early Sony UMATIC tape digital recordings of Frankie Goes To Hollywood and Propaganda, etc.

Another brilliant synth/sampling group from that time was Yello, Swiss visionaries and not just for 'Oh Yeah!' and 'The Race'.

Negativland - Escape from Noise.

even though they killed a perfectly good Punk rock record label by getting sued by U2 over illegal sample useage (not over this album in particular, but this one was their best imo)
