I, for one, look forward to everything blowing up. Or imploding, or whatever. As long as it goes away.

A friend of mine just moved there to work and he told that its kinda joke to mail it around. Its a office joke...

I just mailed this discussion to him, maybe the crazy scientists are laughing about YOU guys right now.

The large hardon collider wont create a black hole as long as it responds to physics as we know it.......And of course we know everything about physics....... 8O

if the LHC could destroy the world the physicists involved would be a LOT more excited.

We'll know it in no time.
that's the point - you wont feel a thing! 8)
Yeah Forge! At least we will meet in the land of unknown loops.
Someone even think we'll be projected into an alternative Universe.
Let's hope it's one where MIDI sync workz.

this presents a unique opportunity.

if you can't get laid tonight, you should resign yourself to masturbation for the rest of your life.

this one works even better than : "if you and your friend won't have sex with me in the bathroom, then the terrorists have won."

This is a great resource that I, for one, will be intent on checking and rechecking as the time draws near.

Actual track to come....

Smoke From the Collider

We all went down to Segny
Near the Switzerland borderline
To smash protons with a big ass unit
We didn't have much time

Doctor Lebrun and some others
Would start the klystron driven field
But there's a chance something crazy
Would cause it all to max it's yield

Smoke from the Collider...
Something has gone awry
Smoke from the Collider...
Oh me, oh me oh my

A huge black hole ended up in there
It was massive, strong and dark
With the matter all a-round it crushed inside...
No way it would unwind

The cryo burst,
The magnets flew
This was the worst part yet
Whatever data, we get out of this
I know, I know, we'll never forget

Smoke from the Collider...
Something has gone awry
Smoke from the Collider...
Oh me, oh me oh my

:) :) hehe

i'm actually really excited.

at one point in my life for about 5 whole minutes while studying wave–particle duality for a weird math class i took, i wanted to become a physicist. at just round the 5 minute mark of this thought i snapped back to reality and slapped my self in the face lol.

but i have to say that is when Boson Havoc was born

freudian slip of the day. i'm guessing that hardons collide because there isn't a black hole around.

i should've saved my good post count for this thread, seeing as the end is nigh and all.
