Preset automation banks within each live effect. Every module contains its own bank of 16 automation boxes/automation presets that are fully assignable.. By holding your mouse over the box/presets without clicking the mouse (engaging the preset), live will show you the automative path previously assigned to that box. This will be reflected by displaying other colored parameters (diff from default color) around the effects adjustments, thus demonstrating the direction and difference from the adjustment knobs current setting; as to provide feedback of the function assigned to that specfic preset prior to activation. Features like this are useful for session view producers, one could maintain the set bar length of a track loop and conduct automated parameter changes within that loop, with variable automative timings. Automation playback would occur upon activation of each preset, we could also have a feature to allow beat sync and/or frequency settings to change automation for one or all of the presets(ie, initial effect automations were set to 1bar, next select 4 bar..same automation just stretched out) Overdub automations with real time recording or draw them within automated graph displays for each adjustment on the respective effect. Each automated preset in a bank will remain for every individualized effect when called up, the preset will default to the last recorded automation change or default to a specific setting.
I hope i've explained myself well; think of a looper type setup for automation. Session view proponents may record automation presets in effects for faster track building with improved flow. Presets could be played in random orders, or set to go off at certain intervals. I've heard some stellar suggestions already for the next live update, i'm sure my peers could add to this, i think the foundational idea is solid and allows for vast expansive possibilities. The greatest aspect to Live is that Ableton listens to its consumers, they construct and update the program for it's users utilizing suggestions as guidelines.

One thing what would be nice, the ability to open two or even three projects simultaneously.

Why? Well sometimes when you compose music, you try different riffs, patterns whatever and you find something that "shit it does not fit into this tune but it would fit into that other tune/project", and in such situation it would then be easy to move that riff directly into the different project.

Would be awesome if "Collect All and Save" feature would be by default when saving a project.
Yes it will increase the project file size, but hey, we don't want any samples to be missing when running projects on another machine do we?
At least if Live would ask you if you would like to save a project this way when saving would be a big improvement.
I often go between two machines and it's a bit irritating when certain samples could not be found on one or the other.

Being able to see the groove in real time, not having to commit to it before you see the changes it made.
