Hey Dennis,

Sorry to say that I just made the pops on the bar line happen in the 8.1.3 RC2

Report submitted

edit: and for one of the other things I've been reporting: pops between 2 touching clips that have independent fades

Anything not an official release is considered a beta, I don't think it's that big a deal what the file is called.

having crackle issues with guitar rig 4 effects on the new beta. At first thought it was the audio interface, then thought it might just be the computer, but when I record without guitar pro effects everything was fine. As soon as I turned back on guitar rig 4 effects (the heavy ones) I got crackles without even trying to record. Please try to fix this cause those effects are crucial.

8.1.3.b2 is much better to me than 8.1.1.....for far

Will make a list of the specific preset effect this weekend and let folks know.
I'll shoot an email to bug people Sat, i'm dont for the night and headin into the night

with those amp sims it's really easy to clip the simulated amp and think it's Live doing the clipping. turn your guitar way down and try again, know what I mean? I use a Line 6 Pod, same thing can happen but it shows a 'CLIPPING' warning, dunno if your amp sim does thator not.

Are Sonnox AUs still supposed to crash when you drag them from the browser to a track? I know this was a known issue a few beta's back...

edit: because my limiter does :)

edit2: not all time like the previous betas though! :)

bump up the refresh rate?
Thanks but nope, it's totally independet of the refresh rate.
Only happens when folded out and on mouseover.
Dennis confirmed the behaviour a few days ago (also on nvidia card), someone else didn't have the problem but had an ati card iirc. Not sure...
Anyway, just realized that the newest Voxengo Span also shows freq PLUS note so i don't really care.

edit: again too late

We love what we're hearing!!! we've had a few shots of whiskey, so don't take us too seriously... but pupil's hook is completely missing from after the last verse... turn down the guitar a little (tiny) bit. turn down my verse vocals... turn down my sub hook vocasls a bunch... the hats panning is just a bit too hard. if its 30% turn it down to 20 or 25 to etc. you're on the right track!!!!

Its so great! lovin it!!!

i have made a 4h liveset yesterday with the 8.1.3b1+monomachine synchronized in midi => No crash, no particular lag, and the monomachine seems well synchronised until i don't have to play it synchronized on the first measure of my set

I know it does not help but it seems in a good way :D

I'm having a problem with Live 8 including Live 8.1.3.b2 and Fabfilter Pro-Q. The EQ dots don't drag smoothly. There's a slight hesitation and then jumpy movement. In Live 7 Pro-Q seems normal. Anyone else might have same problem?

I don't have Fabfilter, but I've noticed (and reported) similar behaviour with many plug-ins and even Live's own devices, especially in 8.1.3.b2.

It´s a reported bug on Abletons side. According to this they are in contact which each other to fix that:

Okay. Good to at least know the status.
