@martelo: Nice to see that pic of your studio.
Even better: I had the previlege of doing a few sessions there and was blown away by the sound of the Adam A7 and - even more so - your new A7X. Simply amazing! Though I don't know anything about propper positioning of subs, I have to say, we had a lot of fun checkin out your rig the other night. A true eye and ear opener and easily my best listening experience ever!

We a/b ed the A7 and the A7x and the x made a huge difference in high and low end projection. Clearly, the A7 took more advantage from the sub. The A7x did surprisingly well even with the sub switched off. I was a happy camper before I got to know the A7x - now I'm heavily gas-ing for new monitors. Choosing the A7x over the A7 is a no brainer considering sound and price. I wonder how the A8X will sound... Oh dear - there goes another grand I don't have! And it is all your fault... Yes, it is!

Looking forward for my next visit at martelo's studio

and I was about to say that Im jealous coz I used to live in Greece and now in London the weather is shit!

Yes I was a really big tapestry at one point - Then I cut it into a circle to put on a round table (which was awesome) But after I got rid of the table during my move into a new place I decided to put it on the wall And yes it really should be panned a bit to the right...The walls have stayed bout the same since the new studio but the gear has moved around plenty. It just so happened I faced everything towards that certain wall & the tapestry wound up in front of me I did have everything facing a window...However that only looked out to see my neighbors window

My workstation makes me feel like I'm in a cockpit...
....However so does The Lounge
