I hope Jobs’ son gets a job at Apple with a huge office and paycheck to pretty much do nothing and just spends his time wreaking havoc like Gob on Arrested Development.

and they should turn it into a reality show.

I've been seriously ill for the past 6 days - spent most of yesterday in the hospital with 3 massive infections.

Most of that time I was so out of it that I couldn't do anything for longer than 30 sec.

Those 30 second blocks were spent on the iPad. Of course.

:x

Have the little thing tucked under the blanket with me.

Despite my many Macs, iPhone, and lesser distractions like TV and a PS3, it was traumatizing and painful when I couldn’t use my iPad while upgrading to iOS 5. It was like having a power outage during the day and you spend the first half hour attempting alternative things to do but not being able to do any of them when you realize each needs power. :x

Coincidently, you can use an iPad during a power outage. :) :x

Know exactly what you are talking about. I upgraded during the work day so I was pretty busy but it was painful to look over and know that access was denied. I kept stroking the glass - hoping to provoke a response - but to no avail.

For just the briefest of moments the Bitch had turned on me.

I demand that all of those be released in a 'special edition' app of the book.

It was like hearing messages from the other side. 8O

If there ever becomes a time when we can reliably communicate with the dead you know who hooked up the connection from the other side. 8O :x

:)

What do you think the jam band setup is for? 8O :x

Watched part of the tribute to Jobs Apple employee event which Apple made available on their site. The music gear was for a short set Coldplay did and while I'm not a fan of Coldplay their brand of epic pop rock was a fitting tribute and kinda, well, touching. I'm sure U2 would have been the first choice. :x

I've said goodbye to the Atomic Web Browser that I've long used and loved. For the past 2 upgrades it's just been complete ASS. Crashes all the time, under a variety of conditions, etc.

Was quite pleased with the latest Safari update. Tabs work great, seems actually faster than Atomic. Had 3 very complex HTML5 pages going plus a couple porn vid sites and everything was a-okay!

Thanks for this update. I've been using the Atomic browser (probably out of your recommendation a long time ago) and while I don't browse that much and haven't really had any issues, it's good to know I can cut it lose and use safari. That should make room for 3 more variants of brick breaker games. :P :x

I am still rocking the orig iPad, so maybe that's the problem..... :x

Oh, while we're on that subject: I'm breaking down and getting an iPad2. It's quite clear that all the new MIDI capable apps I've been screaming for make my 1st gen start to smoke. Seriously, that new Moog app and MoDrum together? CPU train wreck.

:x

I just downloaded this. I'm not a music app guy, but Animoog is awesome. Get it before the price goes up $28.99 more dollars. The instant dubstep Wobble preset is worth the price alone. No need to go to Soundcloud for a wobble fix anymore..

I'm putting the odd sheckle aside to buy an iPad one day, but I'm waiting until midi/osc/audio fluidly and natively travel across a wired (digital i.e usb) connection before I buy it.

But as I understand it, the moog synth is only $1 for 30 days. So can I setup an account and buy it now, even though I don't have an iPad ?

Pretty sure all you need is iTunes and an iTunes account.
