Either I’m a target of a well informed fishing scam or unintentionally getting emails based on an email typo, but the last couple days I’ve been receiving responses to an email as part of a group of people regarding Apple manufacturing part numbers and quality control. One of the responses is supposedly a list of part numbers from Tim Cook, or so the email address information line says. 8O

But since I fear it might be the former I’m not responding to any of it. :x

Keep your eye on that. You may be in possession of some AWESOME info that could lead you to pull off a massive stock coup.

Oh, and Siri on the iPad3. Does it even bear mentioning that's it's a foregone conclusion?

I'm amazed at the early sequence of events in Steve's life and the formation of Apple. It's great to read the exact details and timing - something even the most detailed of past books have either glossed over, or just fucking got it wrong.

Literally finished reading the book minutes ago, and sort of sat thie thinking it almost ended... Poorly. By that I mean we know now that he passed away after the book was done, but it felt odd having no mention of his final days.

Then I flipped to Zite, and saw that Mona Simpson had just posted her eulogy which described exactly those moments. :(

Interesting book, held my attention a lot more than I thought it would.

His last words were “Oh wow. Oh wow. Oh wow.”? Interesting. Kind of reminds me of Sam Kinison’s car wreck where it was reported he was mumbling something like “Not now. No, not now…..oh, OK.” and then he cashed out. It’s stories like these that make me entertain the thought that there is something after this life.

I'd believe that's what he planned on saying more than not.

So, Steve Jobs and Joan Baez walk into a store...

Have you ever been in an Apple Store on a weekend? If that's not an iPilgrimage I don't know what is.

Actually, if you have enough iTunes Store credits you get to skip the iSabbath altogether.

It's like an iTithe.
