people freak out over mastering software while at the same time being passionate about getting rid of vinyl

Earlier today, my colleague Matt Burns wrote a post noting that most tablet makers may be largely failing because they’ve sold their soul to Android and are now just in the middle of a spec war, which no one can win. I’m gonna go one step further in that line of thinking: the spec is dead.





Fucking assholes at Amazon. They've a fucking huge company and should have had the balls to come up with their own amazing OS.

Until Google decides to stop trying to emulate the Windows7 experience on a tablet, Android devices - no matter who makes them - will be SHIT.

From what I've seen, even Microsoft is trying to get away from the typical PC experience with their new mobile OS.

I do like the little green Android robot logo though. Must say.

Now every time I get a beach ball on one of my Macs, or an app crashes on my iPad, or air/cloud sync works all half assed I think it’s because Steve is no longer around to get outraged.
