Nice, first time I see the OTO Biscuit in an actual studio.
I would love to hear your opinion about it. Is it really as good as I think it is?
How is the syncing with Live?
Can it handle stereo signals?
Thanks!
Oooh and a sherman and some moogs and ....

The Biscuit is an amazing little box. Very solid build, excellent set of lofi fx... warm and noisy delay, step filter, wave shaping, pitch shifting plus sample rate reduction, bit crushing and LP/BP/HP filter with resonance. They recently updated the firmware with 4 new fx as well... vibrato/chorus, tube clipper, rectifier and envelope filter. In case you haven’t seen it, there’s a video of the new fx here:

This is a really fun box to play. Loads of vibe and nasty to spare.
It’s stereo in and out. It has midi in for sync but so far I haven't used it as it also has a tap tempo button which I prefer to use.

Can't go wrong with a Machinedrum... Since I got mine I barely use Live only to record...

Quite a fun instrument, might I add.
are you satisfied with the nano patch? since a while i need a monitor controller...
it's simple. Does the job well. My only complaint is that the one of the connections around the back is a little loose. The 1/4" plug doesn't "snap" tightly into the jack. But that's a minor thing and it's probably a defect on my unit only. Wasn't a big enough problem for me to send it back. It's worked fine.

In elthair's defence: there's not a lot of room for monitors there...

lol, the monitors are not so bad (btw guys from DJ Hero2 team works on them, besides KRK's) - I tested some stuff I've made on them in the club and it sounds good (yes I know that in most of the clubs there are crappy soundsystem - so there is not so much difference

)
I need to get proper audio interface right now (and few flasks of scotch)
After that I think about good speakers
And maybe before all of that another synth - one is not enough
