the other thing that could happen is that the floor creeks while you're playing a song in Logic that you mixed down in Live and you mistake that sound for the .00000000000000000003% percent difference in audio files. it means every time there's a storm you could be freaked out, staring at your monitor... typing up a new Live sound engine thread.

i started to agree with this statement and then i remembered... oh shit i'm in Cali... and so is beats.

dude where i grew up... you can buy a 3 bedroom home for about 140,000... yes, that's U.S. dollars. what that means is that you and your other half can both work at Wal-Mart making minimum wage and pay for your house.

oh and BTW... pretty much all the lots down there have a healthy size to them. 1/4 or 1/2 acre is pretty common.

don't let the bullshit property prices in this neck of the woods fool you. most of the country is not like that... especially when you put a few miles between your property and any thriving metropolis i.e. Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas Ft. Worth...

my brother just sold his house on the south outskirts of Dallas for 174,000 and made a little profit.

seriously. google Corpus Christi... and start looking around there if you like beaches at all. otherwise look around Temple or Tyler if you want woods. Austin is the shit but it's getting crowded around there... it's no secret how fookin awesome that city is.
