especially all the performers, the band [TRAP.] what an amazing drummer! ableton for there kind support and especially daniel to give us some insight on the upcoming M4L.

and the barbecue was pretty much busy all night even we could not do all aspects of the event outdoors as it was planned, i think it was a good and round evening and very nice to meet some more forum members in person.

i will post a few pics ASAP.

next one is already sure (details follow) and will be again different, a bit smaller, cosy.... and...

it could have been more people performing... but it was under the week, so people did not stayed until the morning... for that kind of event, but i am happy that it stayed so far very diverse and open, from heavy pumping techy electronic over rock 'n' roll attitude DnB (the band [trap.] over jazzy stuff, we had all sorts of MUSIC.

there was even one guy, a trumpet player, i did not had a slot for him anymore... so he started to jam outside in the garden, with his laptop one mini battery driven speaker and his trumpet

i hope it stays that way, as especially berlin ids not really famous for being musically diverse... it's usually minimal, minimal, minimal... boredom x10

one note on the side:

because it starts to stir a lot of confusion...

Those ALUGB meetings are 100% independent from the Ableton AG
however we do receive great support from them. which we highly appreciate!

and don't give me that berlin shit, ableton is based here and it took nearly 10 years (that's how old ableton is roughly, if i am not mistaken)
to form a user group in ableton lives hometown... and a supposedly electronic music Mecca.... my ass, people are lazy and passive and wait for the things to come... go out and do!... and if you are starting being the only one playing public in a village barn to the local cows.

sorry to be like that, but it's simply true!
