the opening number was outstanding, Hugh Jackman was a great host.
a great year for film altogether. win or lose I liked everything I saw this year.

I know that kind of sucks. The Academy must have liked Penn's 'stache better than Rourke's.

Rourke's role didn't have nearly the depth as Penn's, Rourke was playing himself. all respect to him, did you see his hour long interview with Charlie Rose? epic.
