Indeed. After upgrading to 10.5.8 my Macbook gets much warmer just lazing about, and I can't make jokes about it not having a fan anymore :(

Does anyone know if Ableton runs smoother on 10.6? I heard some reports of it Live using less CPU on 10.6, can anyone confirm this?

Right now my main problem with Live is it eats way too much CPU on my unibody Macbook Pro. My projects have less than 30 tracks yet put a horrible strain on my CPU. Thoughts?
