2.Create & share unique content
3.Don't share too often (its annoying)
4.Invest (time or money) in some decent design (the web is visual)

Google the shit out of stuff you find interesting/cool and find the original source. Be there first when new stories or pictures or whatever get published. Share them and re-hash them. Share

Do some wild publicity stunts, stream it andf engage with any followers you create along the way.
