Nah fuck 'em. Ireland are bit part players on the world stage. The world cup is surely richer with France in it. I only hope they cheat heavily against Germany or Argentina.

I mean, Henry or Robbie Keane? Come on.

It's Jason McAteer all over again.

Yeah you are right there  We only have players who play in the premiership! Unlike France who have decent players!

Check Robbie Keanes scoring record in the Premiership btw :!:

Doubt the Brits will be brave enough to bring it in SA! Now that would keep the neutrals entertained if they did!

For all their quality players, France right now are a shambles as a national team. Similar syndrome to England, although I am pleased with the progress under Capello.

I'd rather see some Irish heart at the World Cup than a bunch of posers.

Anyway, my monies going on Ivory Coast FTW.

This could be the year an African nation finally makes the breakthrough.

The first hit was accidental. The second may have been an involuntary action. It's easy to see things differently in super slow-mo.

the first handball was to stop it going out of play
the second was to control it

it's clear as day.

the whole 'instinct' and 'the ref didnt see it' excuses are such bullshit.
How is acting on instinct a fuckin' excuse ? I mean if his hand just happened to be there, and the ball hit it - that's an acceptable 'accident' ...but reaching for it, instinctively, is not.

Am I the only one who gives a shit about the rules ?!?

(PS: I'm still glad we're not going to the world cup =)
(PPS: Roy Keane is trolling the FAI)

"This is not racist. This is not anti-French. This is I don't like you, you cheating, robbing bastard," YouTuber teebanmingle said as he torched the picture of Henry. "You're a cheating, robbing, handballing bastard, and I hope you get a career-ending FUCKIN injury in the World Cup. Good night, and God bless."

heh, I'm glad I had the foresight to download it =)
