I for one thought this christmas remix challenge is a great idea so I got busy and after a few hours I had this little thing :

its short, has a cheesy ending and is a mess of ideas! Its not mastered or anything and everything is panned to the center, but I´m pretty sure Santa would forgive me for being a lazy git

Hey Kristian, I really like what you started at 46sec, great stuff. Well worth a 3-4min song. I would start that earlier and make few new parts based on the same thing...

Thanks for the kind words Earwax69 I would love to finish the tune, but the reason its so short now is that I'm caught up in the whole x-mas season with tons of stuff to do.. if I didn't get my ass in gear and submit something, I would just let it slide until it was too late (has happened so often I've lost count ) ... I thought maybe I could just toss it up on the share beta so somebody else with more time on their hands can tweak at it

Sounds like father trying to listen to the wireless while his son plays with his new DS game and his daughter plays with her "my first synth" toy that she also got for Christmas. I can picture it now, all sat round the open log fire, very festive... a winner!

Hooray!!! I've had some time off from the forum lately cos I've just started a new job and I've been super busy.

I had to drop back in to see if there was another christmas remix sketch going down (had a blast with Last Christmas, er, last christmas!)

I'm gonna get going on this tonight.

Indeed! Made a good start last night before the red wine got me. Hoping to get it finished before the weekend cos I've got a gig Friday night that I'm pretty sure is going to render me useless until at least Monday!
