I was being facetious about the whole swahili/money laundering/cowards/nazigoldmine bit =)
i got used to the nazigoldmine stuff. if we only could use all the gold and money people guess we have.. :( *smile*

so your offending part was sincere? or another question? if it was that, then it hurt me. if that was your plan, congrats.

if you need a shoulder to cry on 'The Lounge' is that way

I believe that's the designated zone for such activities.

indeed. i don't need a shoulder to cry. if you like to be that way, be that way. i don't like people behaving that way. attacking others. and yeah, i know the irony of it. which is, i attack people that attack others :) but that's why i stated several times that f.e. i don't have a problem with 3phase, as i don't know him yet. i'd like to meet him, he's sure a nice and knowledgeable guy. i just have a problem with his behavior on this forum. and i attack that. which is why i try to focus on only attacking his behavior, and only when it's imho not right.

but you won't care about that, as i've had to learn the hard way.

well so long as you've learned - that's the main thing!

well, sad if you feel good of behaving that way.

i don't know what bezier curves would improve. at least in my workflow. as long as i get smooth results from the current automation scheme i don't care whether they are bezier curves, lines, or schizophrenic octagons.

that fl midi scattering feature... i don't mind zooming in abe's grid to 256, 512, 1024, 2408 or whatever and do it manually. then again i suppose i don't need to do it with ridiculously many midi notes at one time.

the way i see it i'd rather ableton throw in a 5.1 engine, perhaps a notation view, and sampler either a standard plug that comes with live or much cheaper than what it is now. =>$20 perhaps?

i can see that you have not used bezier curves for automation , no ofense.

but they are simple better.

look at logic, cubase etc...

fair enough. at the same time however i use automation now gives smooth results so i can't complain much either.

Dear Ables,

How hard would it be to create a keyboard shortcut that bends the automation curve?

Alternately, what are the chances of providing an automation curving tool like the draw tool?

Automation that snaps to the grid is long overdue too. I know I can highlight the region I want to edit but that's a real pain.

Here's looking at you.
