Skam is an awesome label.
The SMAK compilation series 1 and 2 is amazing, not sure if 3 through 12 was ever released (1 and 2 came with a cd wallet that holds 12 discs).
BOC Hi Scores ep is one of my favorite releases on Skam as well as all of the Quinoline Yellow stuff and Bola.
Let's not forget Gescom as well

kilowatts and the flashbulb covers this ground. Tipper too, check out the seamless unspeakable nothing album. also, his wobble factor and tip hop albums pretty much sparked entire genres in their wake.

as far as ochre goes, that set is pretty downtempo-y. check out his album stuff, its all over the place. wouldnt say he meets all the above requirements though. wisp is definitely up there

there's some epic tracks in there, rather than list them, I'll just let you discover them on your own.... do report back though if something really clicks with you. Just curious if the same tracks resonate with others as they do with me

And my favourite stuff is pre-2000ish.

Guy has his place in the hall, no doubt, but he's not in the ranks of heir twin imo.

Very true:), I just wish Skam would be more prolific with releasing new stuff.
About Rob Hall,a while back someone on the board here posted links to his sets (legit downloads) and all of them are great esp the first 7 or 8. Check them out if you haven't already.
Side note, Schematic used to put out some quality stuff too, I think Push Button Objects used to be on the label?

skam is a great label but I almost know non on the releases on their roster(except the obvious ones).. gonna get myself educated on that
and the Squarepusher comment.. I agree..hello everything was the beginning of the end..
and his latest album is too annoying for even a 2nd listen..reminds me of all the "fusion" bass players I dislike

I agree with you about that last Squarepusher album, I could not get into it at all!
Although his brother (Ceephax/Ceephax Acid Crew) has been putting out quality tunes, been listening to the last one (UAE) a lot lately.
