Getting older and not being able to hear anything with new ears is a drag sometimes -- I listen to this and all I can think of is Jane's. It's like a postcard from a place I've been a million times (namely, "1991")
I'm cool with building on tradition, but this shit is the equivalent of GenX kids dressing in their dads' bell-bottoms and playing hippy. I guess the generation that grew up under grunge is just around the corner, wearing their dads' flannels and trucker wallets?
