yes, guys this is a little crazy!

You probably have more latency introduced from the distance between your speakers and your ears. (about 1ms per foot!)

So if you're complaining about 3ms maybe there's something else introducing latency

Hi mates,

I picked up a babyface pro yesterday at the local boxing day sales.

So far so good, and really interestingly, it has a SLIGHTLY lower latency than the UCX!!! At least on my system.

So that is a great outcome, as I was worried about extra milliseconds.

So my latency is much higher than the OP, but I don't see it get any lower with stable & clean performance.

at 44.1 / 32 samples, I'm clocking input @ 1.43, output @ 2.11, w/ an RTL of 3.54...

So, there you have it. Hopefully this all works out.
