It's just a standard snare stand, any music store that sells drums will have them. If you're in the U.S. you probably have a Music Go Round (used music store equipment store) in your town or near by. I bet you could get one for under $20.

I used a snare stand like that for my Maschine back before I gave it to my Fiance to make music with. If you use it on carpet it's kind of wobbly and I wasn't that into it, probably better on hard surfaces though.
