We've finally released PULL, our Ableton device controller for the iPad.

That XYFX thingy also looks super interesting. Any chance you gonna offer bundle price together with pull once its out?

Hey h3rtz,

Yeah for sure, we will create different bundles to package up multiple pieces of software.

If you get PULL now, we'll give you a coupon for the XYFX, when we release it, so you get it for the same as the bundle price.

So any comments or feedback from people who've tried it?

Works fine, I have just been messing with it for one hour, the only template that doesn't seem to work for me is the drum rack one, the pads don't get the name and also don't trigger anything. Same for impulse.

Besides that very cool stuff, just a tiny bit annoying to setup

Edit: Xmonsta explained it might be a problem with my midi setup for Deamon and indeed it was. All working. Nice work!

Is it the midi for drum rack that's not working, or is PULL not working?

If it's the midi drum rack you just have to set up the lemur daemon for midi to work.

Maybe I shouldn't be getting in touch via this thread but for now I will.

So I'm stuck.

I follow the installation process, but I can't type in my IP to the Max device... Also the max device itself looks a bit messy. There's a ton of balloons saying "comment" and "textedit" and what have you. The only reason I know what field to attempt to type my IP into is because the Ableton help window in the lower left corner advised me.. Anyways, when I type in that field, I don't see any letters, or even the blinking cursor that is so often associated with text fields...

help?

Your folders have been deleted rather than merged and you're missing crucial Max files.

Trying going back to your back up of the Max 6.1 directory and copy and paste back all the files, or you'll need to reinstall Max 6.1 again. Also do the same with your MIDI Remote Scripts (because it's likely to have happened there also.

When you merge files/folders on a MAC you have to press the option key, when dragging one folder on top of another. Then you have to press "keep both" or "keep newer"

Hi aioffermann - did you manage to get it working once you replaced the files?

One other thing, it works on both 64bit and 32bit.

Can I download the manual before the purchase?
I want only to know if this work with external plugins cause it's the main reason for me to purchase.
If I can make my own template for all the external plugins it's a really game changer for the ableton workflow I think!
Having a controller that match the onscreen layout of the VST's it's a game changer for me!
