It's the Weber Q 2200.
And really we’re just cooking for 2 people most of the time and we could probably still fit 6 or so chicken breasts on there for bulk cooking. We’ll probably have to dial back our kabob count though.
Those 16 oz canisters are only about $3.50 each, but I think they only last about an hour to an hour and a half. I’m envisioning a lot of mid cook canister swapping.

WHOA!
This means: one stainless steel burner produces 12,000 BTU-per-hour to heat 280 square-inch total cooking area, instead of only 8500 BTU-per-hour to heat 189 square-inch total cooking area!!!
ZOMFG!!!

THIS. I’m glad I will no longer have to use one of those long lighters while smelling the gas and wondering when to expect a possible explosion.

Well the grill arrived and I don’t want to use it because it’s so nice and clean. All my cleaning research has shown that you need to treat grills like military hardware, 30 minutes of maintenance and cleaning for every 10 minutes of usage.

Also the side shelves fold into the grill for storage and portability which is great but then you potentially have grease splattered plastic resting on grease and food crusted grills.
I’m trying to think of a solution like minimum wax paper between the shelves and grill plate when closed, or get all fancy and make some cut tiles that can both rest on the shelves when they are open (no grease on plastic splatter) and buffer between the shelf and grill when closed. But then those tiles will have grease from the grill on them. FUCK!!

I heard that. And tried it, but it didn't say "don't expect much 3 months after stain and buildup originally occurred"
Don't manufacturers know a lot of grilling happens while you're hammered and cleaning isn't exactly a priority or even a thought.

So without pause my mom solved this problem I was way overthinking. Tin foil. Moms rule!
Tin foil. It’s not just for hats.
