Has anyone had a response from support or a solution to this?

I was told that it might be a ground loop caused by the ungrounded two pronged power supply. But Ableton doesn't suggest any three-pronged one and advises only to use the supplied ungrounded one.
I'd like to try a different supply but haven't found one I'm completely confident matches the specs. If anyone found one, I'd be interested. Also not sure if a grounded dock that provides power over USB could eliminate the issue.

Sorry if you already posted about it earlier and I didn't read, but does it mean that your problem doesn't occur when you're running Push from the battery?

Correct, when the power supply is connected I get faint noise through headphones. When I unplug it it goes away.

I have the same issue, has Ableton responded to any of you?

Just got my Push 3 and have found the same problem.
[*]No noise on main outputs, just on the headphones.
[*]Becomes quieter when you remove the power supply. But it's still there.
[*]It changes when loading a template/set. It's quiet while loading, then becomes louder when the template/set is loaded.
I've contacted support and will post here when I get something.

Please report to
Support, the Headphone out isn't noisy/bad quality.
Are you using any else than the stock USB-C cable?
Cheap USB cable can very quickly grab stuff floating around.
Sir, why are you insisting on making this issue USB dependant, when vast majority of us here complain about noise with the stock charger?

Is anyone else experiencing a slight sort of ground noise in headphones in standalone with nothing playing? I think I can hear shutdown, too.
EDIT: Yes, definitely hear a pretty constant low noise, and then shutdown consistently. There is a quick 3 pulse stutter of noise before shutdown. I also hear the noise in the headphone get louder when an unmonitored input to the 1/4" on the back has it's gain increased.
Wondering if this is just me or if ground isn't well isolated?
If no one else is noticing, I'll hook my headphone output up to another interface and get a recording of the noise floor.
I'm guessing it is dependent on the impedance of the headphones.
There is probably an impedance sweetspot area that works best with Push 3.
Many audio interfaces are pretty bad when it comes to headphone amps as that is where costs are usually cut.
What kind of headphones you are using?

I don't want to poke holes, but it's not just impedance that would influence the fact that you can hear the noise or not. Before, I was convinced too, that it would be just impedance, but the test I made tells me otherwise.
Im not a headphone specialist but there are other factors that influence whether I can hear the noise or not (like headphones sensitivity) - certain headphones can be harder to drive even though they have lower impedance that the other ones we are comparing too.
I have tried hooking up the following to the Push3:
-beyerdynamic 770 - 80 ohm
-sony 7506 - 84 ohm
Paradoxically I can only hear the noise on Sony MDR-7506 even though they have slightly higher impedance, most likely because they are more sensitive.

I tried three different headphones (Audio Technica, Bose, and Panasonic) on two different Push 3 standalones on multiple power outlets (Furman, surge protector, GFCI, and wall) in different rooms. All had the same headphone noise when the power was connected. No noise on the other outputs or inputs. Lowest buffer size did help, but I want to run Push at the recommended setting.
I'm think about reaching out to a local computer shop to see if they can help with getting a three pronged power supply with correct specs.

Did anyone receive an updated from support about that?
Does anyone know what is the average time support responds to tickets?
Im starting to worry that I somehow mislabeled the ticket and they will not respond at all.

I guess the noise is because of cheap switching power supply and bad power isolation for the headphone amp. It's very similar to the audio output noise on cheap laptops. A power filtering adapter or other supply might help to resolve it

If that is true, why doesn't everybody have the same problem? I don't experience no noie/hiss at all using my Beyerdynamics DT770(80 Ohm) and powered by the original power supply.

You have the answer literally 4 posts above.
