For one layout, I have my faders AND Send(to xfade) assigned to the same faders 
. (I have a -6db Utility on also, I guess the equivalent would be to assign at 0db in MIDI Assign). This way, whenever I adjust the fader, it adjusts the amount of send also... I haven't tested it 100%, but I'm pretty sure that it equates to the same level??
