I liked Mexico a lot, but their starting lineup was very weird. Besides Omar Bravo, they weren't offensive at all. Getting Zinha and Luis Perez in was the best move they could make.

anyone in the uk you can watch the USA vs Czech match via this link
http://www.bbc.co.uk/newsa/n5ctrl/sport ... w6a_bb.asx
weird winmedia player thing, the bbc page will open it as a plugin in a window, but opening it in mediaplayer means I have it fullscreen on my second screen. good old bbc
I think non-uk IP addresses might get bounced off the stream though. sorry gents

Gee, I'm real glad I decided to take off work today and watch an exciting match... USA looked as sloppy and unorganized as they did during a scrimage I saw them play last month...
3-0 = Czechmate
And the loss of Koller (which USA never took advantage of) for Czech Republic only helps Ghana and Italy now if he is going to be out for the tournament...
Well there is always hope against Italy... (yeah, right)...

sloppy passing, bricks for feet, couldn't receive a pass without a 10 foot rebound. The Czech's looked good (tall team!) but Italy and Ghana look a whole league above them both.
Embarrassing, completely embarrassing.

Czech Rep vs Italy will most likely be one of the best games in the 1st stage. They both will most likely qualify, but that game will decide who moves as 1st and who as 2nd.
