Thanks for the tip... even though calling Verizon is about as fun as a trip to the dentist! I've been planning to move to Brooklyn soon to a neighborhood where my friends have pretty healthy internet service. I blame Verizon. The DSL service that I pay an arm and a leg for is shit.
