That being said, it would have been a good move on their part to have made sure those of us who already paid got taken care of off the bat. Those people provided a cash infusion up front, when there was no product yet; it could certainly be considered a slight to have to wait while "new money" gets handled first. And from what I've read in this forum over the last few weeks, there are a lot of more advanced users who've been waiting for today to arrive.
Me? I'm a Live newbie (two weeks or so); demo mode will keep me plenty busy until my serial comes through while I decide if I really need another $200 worth of sampler software (enticing though it appears).
