I can sympathize with you somewhat. I'm a fairly experienced drug user but one time I inadvertently took way too much acid. My friend helped me out a lot, without him I'd have been left wondering around a dirty techno warehouse in hell.LJ Martin wrote:Had a lot of acid spill on my hand about three weeks ago... could have been dicey except for a good friend (not on acid) and a girl (on acid) who just watched me (i am experienced) and talked me through some hairy bits and played beautiful music, and talked the most beautiful Buddha truths (i couldn't talk). I definitly went through the fires and the darkness, but I also saw the light (again), and am so glad I had those beautiful people there to keep me on the right path.eyeknow wrote:Us fogeys had people we could trust back then........you guys have people you can trust for drugs these days? It doesn't compute.......I have a hard time beleiving there are really trustworthy people out there.....
Be careful with it, make sure you have good people, someone to trip with and someone to watch you for the first few times. And GOOD music.
Peace
How did you feel after the trip? For a while I found it difficult to comprehend everything, because the drug had powerfully altered my mind. I found it difficult to cope with general 'reality' and found myself frequently needing to calm myself in the face of an emerging panic attack.
Incomprehension not a problem, neither was dealing with people after (during was another story), most of the dark and scary bits of my trip were in relation to how my anger affects the world around me (esp. wife and kids), more sobering and moody than panic inducing... I have done that much acid before intentionally and had no problems at all, this time I was going to add an accent to my evening and instead got a profound and (hopefully) life changing experience. That said I've easily done 1500 hits of acid in my life.. so I never felt out of my depth... only like I didn't ask to go swimming.muscleandhate wrote:I can sympathize with you somewhat.
