time signature automation, tempo automation. awesome. Wonder if this will finally motivate the abes to get their fingers out about that too. Combinator did come before Racks after all.
Folder tracks, Collapsable tracks. Upgrades for registered users at £50 in my local shop. Stunning. Product price remains the same. Stunning
Yeah its not Live, yeah you cant use vsts in it. It still remains a very good bit of software though, that has responded to customer feedback, and again leads the field in areas of design.

I think it's enough to make me finally update from 2.5... looks like the upgrade price is the same for 2.5 vs. 3 users. Cool.

Why does everyone bitch about "tempo automation" in Live like it doesnt have it? Live has full blown easy as hell to use tempo automation.

Not really for me and 10,000,000 other producers world wide. Maybe if I were doing classical/jazz pieces or scoring a drama. But for Rock, Pop, Industrial, Techno, hiphop etc automating the time signature is totally irrelevant and wouldnt be used 99.999% of the time. So for me, not a "shame" at all.

no offense, but seeing as you are obviously not a reason user, and dont seem to be interested in becoming one, why are you even posting in this thread?

+1. Of all the crazy things users ask for...

J&H, are you seriously writing music where you say to yourself, "gee, now during this break, I'm going to switch from 4/4 time to 3/8"?

Because if you are, I want to hear some of your music. :)

omg do you actively browse the forums looking for people who are bitching about your favourite sequencer so you can whine at them for it?

Nice troll attempt but no thanks.

You said Ableton Live did not have tempo automation in this thread, I answered by saying that it did have tempo automation. End of story.

Pot come in - this is the kettle, seems we clash.

well seeing as you took my comment out of context. I'd say you are the one trolling here. I said, "time signature automation. tempo automation."
fair enough they do have tempo automation, but that wasn't the whole of what I said.

And it costs 200 for Sampler.

Gee, I wonder where my money is going.

Proof again that the Abs overpriced their add-ons.

Nobody does. That's the 0.0001%.
