Well, there are some wheels in motion for something London based. Probably not my place to say any more at the moment though. But that needn't stop anything else from happening anyway.

So go on then.

hmm, doesnt seem to be that likely at all it would be great to sort a venue for users, that had some sort of screen that people with greater knowledge could demonstrate. i may set one up for cardiff if i can get enough people.

Shoreditch sounds good to me (a bit more central than the other options...)

I can do any night next week. I can't think of the name of a single pub though!

Well, the Bar and Music Hall on Curtain Road is large and shouldn't be too busy earlier in the week.
Otherwise, there's the Reliant (more pubby), Trafik (might be short on space), the Legion (if they haven't got anything else on), the Ditch (home of Modular's nights, but never been there any other time), Hoxton Bar and Grill...
Anyone would think I spend all my time down there...

I've been to hoxton bar and kitchen, and now recognise most of the bars you've mentioned. Hoxton BnK is usually a bit busy. Having said that there will probably only be about 3 of us at this rate!
I really don't mind which one we meet at. The reliant would be ok?
Maybe we are about to actually have a london users group meeting!?
