[edit] because we are opining on the world's women, I will opine. Women from the outposts of the British Commonwealth (aust, nz, canada) are all different, of course, but as a group fundamentally different from American women, each subset in their own way. You can offend them much more easily, but they will not let you know you've offended them, rather they will wait until such time that they might most make it awkward for you to let ou know that you've offended them. That is, an American woman would prefer to kick you in the balls at the time you offend her irrespective of appearances, whereas the others will wait until it is deemed most proper, in accordance with various local mores, to kick you in the balls.
But, or course, either way you will be kicked in the balls.
