Very cool. I recently had a friend sit me down for a listen of that one.

On that note I'd like to add:
16 Shells From A Thirty-Ought-Six-Tom Waits.

There's got to be tons more waits. I'm not that well versed. And primus. there's got to be some primus in here.

I think Bone Machine is the darkest/scariest Tom Waits album:

particularly tracks like Murder In The Red Barn and Dirt In The Ground

Also Franks Wild Years from Swordfish Trombones contains a brief Halloween reference. (not to mention some of the coolest Hammond organ playing ever)

Tom Waits is the man!

I once remixed the JAWS theme (da da da...) to a phat hip hop beat for a halloween gig. The VJ played clips from the movie to compliment it.
Also sampled and jammed bits of Thriller and Ghostbusters (which also had VJ'd clips)
good fun.

I made a Halloween choon. Called Since 1968 It's a remix of a song (by Gruvis Malt) about a 4-legged zombie that wins The Annual Monster Dance Party (due to his quadrapedic approach and undead persistence). As of today it's on iTunes for 99 cents. Check it out.

or just listen for free at myspace.

Portishead – The Mysterons

Just for the classic, spooky 50s theremin sounds (apparently, it wasn’t actually a theremin, but never mind)

Blimey, there’s a real mixed bag of suggestions in this thread. Should be entertaining. Any plans to record it and post it up?

Anton LaVey 'Satan Takes A Holiday'
-from the album of the same name. Two versions: one with lyrics sung by Blanche Barton, & one instrumental. PERFECT creepy organ music! Just like you've heard in old movies & cartoons.

I see a lot of dance/electronic, so here's some way different fun stuff to mix in:

Halloween - Dead Kennedys
Country Death Song - Violent Femmes
Black Angel's Death Song - Velvet Underground
Death to Everyone - Bonnie "Prince" Billy
Today I was an Evil One - Bonnie "Prince" Billy
Come to Daddy - Aphex Twin (The one with "I want your soul, I will eat your soul")
Dracula's Wedding - Outkast
Devil Went Down to Georgia
Exorcismo - Luixy Toledo (Spanish guy who claims MJ stole Thriller from this song)
Slime Creatures from Outer Space - Weird Al Yankovic
Nature Trail to Hell - Weird Al Yankovic

geeky? of course. But way fun.
